Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 scant tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup water

Step 1
Combine ground beef, rice, salt, pepper and onion. Shape mixture into balls and place in casserole dish. Mix tomato soup and water and pour mixture over top. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350.
