Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2/3 cup plus 2 tbsp brown sugar, divided
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond flavoring, optional
- 1 can ready-made pecan-coconut frosting

Preparation
Step 1
Combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp brown sugar and butter. Press into 9 inch springform pan. Chili.
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in % cup brown sugar and unsweetened cocoa powder. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Beat in melted chocolate chips, vanilla, and almond flavoring. Pour into crust and bake 45 minutes. Cool; refrigerate overnight. Remove from pan. Top with frosting if desired.
