  • 1 1/4 * 1 1/4 cups dried figs
  • 2 1/2 * 2 1/2 cups dried fruit (apples, apricots, pears, prunes)
  • 2 * 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 * 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 * 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Step 1

Combine all dried fruits in a food processor until almost pastelike. Mix in honey, juice, and cocoa. Cover. Refrigerate until chilled. Roll into 36 1 1/4-inch balls.
