Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 6 oz Pork "Shake and Bake"
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb Pork Sausage (crumbled)
  • 1 1/2 cup Bisquick Mix
  • 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 26oz can whole jalepenos

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 degrees

Beat eggs and put aside

place pork shake and bake in bowl and set aside

fry sausage and crumble (let cool a bit)

mix cheddar cheese, sausage, and bisquick together. using rolling pin flatten the mixture until about 3/4 inch thick

stuff the monterey jack cheese into the jalepeno peppers. wrap each pepper in bisquick mixture. Using your hands roll each pepper into an egg shape. Dip each egg into the beaten egg and then roll in the pork coating mix

Arrange on cookie sheet and bake 20-25 minutes until crisp

makes 8 to 10 eggs
