Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) water
- 1 1/2 cup (160 g) green grapes
- 1/2 cup (75 g) fresh mango chunks (if frozen, let soften for 15 to 20 minutes)
- 1/2 orange, peeled
- 2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach, washed
- 2 fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 lemon or lime, peeled
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) ice cubes

Directions
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.See More
