Ingredients
- 8 potato hot dog rolls
- 1/2 C. melted butter
- 4 1-1/2 pound lobsters
- 2 C. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 2 T. tarragon, finely chopped
- 2 T. parsley, finely chopped
- 1 C. celery, finely diced
- 1/4 C. scallions, finely sliced
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your grill. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add lobsters and cook 8-9 minutes. Move lobsters to a salted ice bath and let cool. Once cool, remove from ice bath and crack shells, removing meat. Chop roughly and place in a bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, tarragon, parsley, celery and scallions. Season with Old Bay and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Grill or toast buns and brush with melted butter. Top with lobster salad and serve.
