Ingredients
- an 8-inch wheel brie cheese
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch each of nutmeg and allspice
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1-3 tablespoons water
- dried apricots, fruit and crackes

Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor finely grind together the almonds, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and sugar. Add 1 tablespoon of water and process. If the mixture does not hold together, add another tablespoon of water. It should be moist but not runny. Spread the mixture on brie cheese.
Preheat boiler
Place the brie under the broiler but watch it constantly. Broil until the topping is lightly browned and sugar has caramelized.
Serve with apricots, fruit, and crackers.
