Ingredients
- 1-1/3 c. sugar 1/3 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
- ½ t. salt & cinnamon 1 t. dried orange peel
- ¼ t. cloves & ginger 1 t. dried lemon peel
- 2 cups chopped & peeled apple 3 T. lemon juice
- 1 c. raisins 1 T. milk for brushing
- 1 8-oz can cranberry sauce ½ t. sugar for brushing

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare pastry and fit bottom crust into a deep 9” pie pan.
Place all ingredients into a deep mixing bowl and toss lightly. Place in pie crust. Top with second crust. Cut vents. Brush top with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm.
