This can be mixed and stored indefinitely, but keep in mind that spices do lose flavor over time. Using whole spices will considerably extend the flavor life of this mixture. This recipe makes 1 quart.

Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Fennel Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Coriander Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Black Peppercorns
- 2 Tablespoons Crushed Red New Mexico Peppers (or Any Crushed Red Peppers)
- 1/4 Cup Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Mustard Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Fenugreek
- 1 Tablespoon Cardamom Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Ground Paprika
- 1/4 Cup Onion Powder
- 1/4 Cup Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Salt
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar

• Put all the whole Spices in a spice grinder and grind to a powder.
• Combine everything together and blend very well. Store in an airtight jar.
