  • 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
  • 3/4 CUP SUGAR
  • 1/4 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED
  • 2 TSP VANILLA
  • 1 TSP CINNAMON
  • 1/8 CUP ORANGE JUICE
  • SYRUP – A GOOD SQUIRT
  • 4 EGGS
  • 2 1/2 CUPS MILK
  • 1 LOAF FRENCH BREAD CUT IN TO 1 – 1 1/2” SLICES

SPRAY BAKING DISH WITH PAM.

BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND BUTTER. ADD IN SUGAR, VANILLA, AND CINNAMON

ADD EGGS, ONE AT A TIME: MIX WELL

ADD IN OJ AND SYRUP. STIR IN MILK.

SOAK PIECES OF BREAD IN THE BATTER, BOTH SIDES AND PLACE IN 9X13 OR INDIVIDUAL BAKING DISHES.

COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.

BRING TO ROOM TEMPERATURE (HALF HOUR?). BAKE AT 350 UNTIL GOLDEN AND JUST SLIGHTLY CRISPY ON TOP – ABOUT 40-45 MINUTES.
