Ingredients
- 2 cans (14 ounce) sauerkraut, undrained (or 1 2 pound bag)
- 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1 cup water
- 1 pound Polish sausage, cut into chunks (could use smoked sausage)
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Add 1st two ingredients into a slow cooker and add spices with water. Put the sausage on top. Set slow cooker on high and cook for 4 hours, or set to low and cook for 6 hours until potatoes are done.
