Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 scallion, trimmed and roughly chopped
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 tablespoons dill or basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1-2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender; puree until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Allow to rest in refrigerator for one hour to thicken.
