  • 1 1 and 1/2 pound of sirloin cut in 1 inch thick pieces
  • 2 Tablespoons 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 2 Tablespoons 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons brown mustard
  • 1 teaspoons 1 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 1/2 dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 medium 1 medium onion- quartered
  • 1 medium 1 medium green or red pepper- cut in 1 inch pieces

Step 1

Mix together oil lemon juice, mustard, honey, oregano, and pepper in bowl; add beef, peppers and onions, stirring to coat. Alternately thread pieces of beef, peppers and onion onto skewers. Pace kabobs on preheated grill 3 to 4 inches from heat. Grill 10 minutes for medium rare.
