Ingredients
- 2 cups zucchini, grated
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup regular wheat germ
- 3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 4 whole burger buns
- Relish, optional
- Mustard, optional
- Catsup, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Combine zucchini, eggs, wheat germ, cheese, mushrooms, onions and seasonings. Mix well. Shape into patties. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add the patties and cook over medium-high heat until golden brown. Serve in burger buns with relish, mustard or catsup.
