Bread: Basic White

This bread can be used as a base for many creative additions, such as 2 tablespoons of herb de provence for a french bread, or 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning herbs for an incredible Italian loaf. Just have fun and use your imagination. I use a bread machine, but I'm sure it can be baked by hand.

Ingredients

• 1 package dry yeast
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons dry milk
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 1/4 cup warm tap water

In bread machine container, place all the ingredients in cannister, select white bread and push start
