  • butter (like an egg)
  • 3 tablespoons of cream
  • 2 cups of flour
  • dry raisins
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream the butter and add sugar and then cream.
2. Make sure the sugar is dissolved. If too thick add a little milk.
3. Sift flour 3 times and add baking powder.
4. Add to the butter mixture alternating with the milk.
5. At the end add raisins and vanilla.
6. Bake 3 hours.
