Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz) tomatoes with chili seasoning
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese cubed
- 2 cups low fat milk
- 1/2 to 1 cup dill pickles (optional)

Step 1
In a 6-quart saucepan, brown beef and onion until beef is no longer pink. Drain fat. Add tomatoes, cubed cheese, milk and pickles, stirring to blend and stirring often while bringing to a simmer. Serve immediately.
