Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (32 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 (8 oz) package lasagna noodles
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain well.
Stir in the spaghetti sauce, water, garlic salt and oregano. Simmer 15 minutes.
Transfer 1/3 of the ground beef mixture to a 9X13 inch glass baking dish.
Add layers of half the uncooked lasagna noodles, half the ricotta cheese and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
Continue layering with 1/2 of the remaining ground beef mixture remaining lasagna noodles, remaining ricotta cheese and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
Top with the remaining ground beef mixture and mozzarella cheese.
Wrap the baking dish with a double thickness of plastic wrap.
Microwave on medium for 30 minutes.
