  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1/2 C. plain yogurt
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. honey
  • 2 C. ice cubes

Step 1

Peel, seed, and cube papaya. Peel and cut bananas into large chunks. In blender, puree papaya cubes, banana chunks, yogurt, lemon juice, and honey until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
