- 2 T. oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 to 3 lbs. cooked pork roast, shredded
- 12-oz. bottle barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c. honey
- 6 to 8 sandwich rolls, split

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook onions in oil, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 10 minutes. Add pork to onion mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Stir barbecue sauce and honey into pork mixture. Cook and stir until heated through and thickened, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve on rolls.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
