Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• Filling:
• 2 pkgs. cream cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• butter
• chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter. Combine crumbs and sugar, then add butter. Form crust in pan. Bake at 350 degree F oven for 5 mins. Set aside. Combine filling ingredients. Melt butter and chocolate, then swirl into mix. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degree F oven for 40-50 mins. or until centre is cooked. Cool in fridge for 4 hours.
