Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 carton (9 oz) cool whip (thawed)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine orange juice, grated orange rind, cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil on high and continue cooking mixture until it thickens. Cool mixture slightly and fold in cool whip. Chill and serve with fruit.
