Ingredients

  • 14 chocolate cream filled cookies
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
  • 24 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 oz. white creme de cacao
  • 1 oz. green creme de menthe
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the cookies and butter and press into a 9" pie plate.
Melt marshmallows in the top of a double boiler with the milk.
Beat mixture and let cool ( the mixture will mound slightly, can even be cooled in refrigerator).
Gradually add creme de cacao and creme de menthe.
Whip the cream.
Fold into marshmallow mixture.
Pour into pie shell and chill.
Filling will be thin, but will thicken and set as it chills.
Additional crushed cookies can be used on top.
