Ingredients
- 1 large garlic clove, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup packed flat-leaf parsley, chqpped
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 lb. total sugar snap peas, yellow string beans and green string beans, trimmed and blanched
- 1 bunch dalkon radishes, sliced on the bias, or 1 bunch red-and-white radishes, whole

Step 1
Sprinkle salt over garlic; mash to paste with fork. Combine with next six ingredients.
Arrange vegetables on platter with dip.
