Ingredients

  • 1 large garlic clove, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup packed flat-leaf parsley, chqpped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 lb. total sugar snap peas, yellow string beans and green string beans, trimmed and blanched
  • 1 bunch dalkon radishes, sliced on the bias, or 1 bunch red-and-white radishes, whole

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle salt over garlic; mash to paste with fork. Combine with next six ingredients.
Arrange vegetables on platter with dip.
