1 cup Appomattox river peanut
Butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg slightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

In the mixing bowl beat:
peanut butter and sugar. Add egg and mix well. Form into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Let cool.
