Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. red potatoes
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • Tabasco to taste
  • 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Boil potatoes in a large pot of salted water until fork tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and slice into 1/4" thick rounds.

2. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, chives, dill, parsley, sugar and Tabasco in a bowl while potatoes cook.

3. Toss potatoes and peas in dressing until coated; season with salt. Chill until ready to serve.
