Ingredients

  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can white niblet corn-drained
  • 2 eggs-beaten
  • 1 stick butter-melted
  • 1 8 1/2 oz box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • NOTE: for a Mexican version, add 1 can of chopped mild green chilies

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Casserole is done when the center is firm.

Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes.
