Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can white niblet corn-drained
- 2 eggs-beaten
- 1 stick butter-melted
- 1 8 1/2 oz box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 8 oz sour cream
- NOTE: for a Mexican version, add 1 can of chopped mild green chilies

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Casserole is done when the center is firm.
Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes.
