Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/3-1/2 cup taco seasoning
  • Water
  • 2 drops hot sauce
  • Sprinkle cumin
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 avacado, sliced
  • Cheese shredded
  • Lettuce
  • Chips
  • 1 ear of corn

Preparation

Step 1

Take ground beef brown, drain and add to cut onion, and sautee. Mix water and seasoning until it is a thick past. Add to ear of corn and black beans. Put the lettuce on the plates with chips on top. Scoop beef mixture on top with cheese, tomato, and avacado.
