Mopping Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 cup strong black coffee
• 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 1 tbsp. cracked black pepper
• 1/2 to 1 tbsp. salt
• 1-2 jalapenos, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ketchup, coffee, worcestershire sauce, butter, sugar, pepper, salt and jalapeno in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Use to baste any type of grilled meats.
