Ingredients
- 5 c. water
- 1 t. dough enhancer
- 3 T. wheat gluten
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1/4 c. lecithin
- 2 T. salt
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/3 c. molasses
- 1 1/2 c white flour
- 3 T yeast
- 6 c. wheat flour

Preparation
Step 1
add everything except the yeast. Mix, then add the yeast.
continue mixing while adding enough wheat flour until the dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Mix 7 minutes more and test. Shape. Let rise til double.
Bake 325* for 35 min
