- 2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. chocolate-covered toffee baking bits, divided
- 9-inch graham cracker crust

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, combine cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in 3/4 cup toffee bits; pour mixture into crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes; until center is set. Sprinkle with remaining toffee bits while cheesecake is still warm. Cool; cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
