Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1 bottle lager-style beer
- 3 cups shredded aged cheddar

Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter over medium heat, and blend in the flour, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. (You might want to use more mustard the the recipe suggests). Cook, stirring constantly, until it has lost its floury taste. Gradually add the beer, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to boil. Reheat slightly, and add the cheese by, stirring until its melted.
