Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup minced sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon old bay
  • 4 tablespoons mayo
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce and tomatoes for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Chop salmon in a food processor until it is the consistency of ground beef, transfer to a medium bowl and add onion, parsley, 2 teaspoons horseradish and old bay to salmon. Divide mixture into 4 burgers, place on a skillet over med-heat and cook 2-3 minutes per side.

Mix mayo and remaining horseradish until well combined. Create a burger using lettuce, tomato and mayo.
