Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups shrimp and scallops, chopped
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 cups avocado, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 8 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups red onion, finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Cover and marinate seafood in lime juice overnight in refrigerator. Drain and discard lime juice.
In parfait or wine glasses, divide ingredients evenly in layers of avocado, seafood, tomato, cilantro, onion. Chill until served.
