Ingredients

  • 1 c. favorite barbecue sauce
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 to 1-1/2 lbs. cooked pork roast, shredded
  • 6 buns, split
  • Garnish: deli coleslaw

Preparation

Step 1

In a large saucepan, combine barbecue sauce, catsup, water, lemon juice and brown sugar. Stir well; add pork. Cook over medium heat until mixture is heated through. Serve on split buns; spoon slaw over pork.
