Ingredients

• Crust:
• 3 Pkgs. - 8 oz. Cream Cheese - softened
• 3 Eggs
• 1 1/8 Cup Sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
• 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
• 1 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
• 1/4 Cup Sugar
• 1/4 Cup Melted Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Crust ingredients and put in pan

Mix Cream Cheese ingredients for 12 minutes scraping sides and bottom of bowl, pour into crust.

Bake 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes - when using a Springform pan - go 58-60 minutes).

Remove from oven and let cool for an hour, then refrigerate.

Hint: Done when cracks and has light brown spots
