Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups dairy eggnog
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso coffee powder
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract

Step 1
1 In a small saucepan, heat eggnog and coffee powder to just simmering.
2. Pour into blender container with rum extract; blend till froth. (Or use an espresso machine with a steaming nozzle and steam according to manufacturer's directions) Pour the warm beverage into four 5-8 ounces in small cups. Makes 4 servings.
