Peanut Butter and Honey Dog Biscuits

A easy and tasty treat for your pup. If you have a bigger or smaller dog, adjust the biscuit size (and the cooking time). This normally makes about 45 to 50 biscuits. I wanted to list these under animal treats, but it kept wanting me to pick a subcategory but then it wouldn't let me

Ingredients

• 3/4 c flour shopping list
• 1 egg
• 1 T honey
• 1/4 c vegetable shortening
• 1 t baking soda
• 1/4 t salt
• 1/4 c rolled oats
• 1/2 t vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Heat honey and peanut butter until runny (about 20 seconds in the microwave.)
Mix ingredients together and drop by 1/2 teaspoonful onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes.
