Ingredients
- 1/4 ruby grapefruit, cut into two pieces
- 1 1/2 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- 1 tbsp, simple syrup
- 1 oz. Champagne

Preparation
Step 1
1. Muddle the grapefruit pieces with a handful of ice cubes in a shaker glass. Fill to the top with ice, add the vodka, Cointreau and simple syrup and shake well.
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with Champagne. Serves 1.
