White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 + 2/3 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 12 oz white chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl and set aside. Combine butter, brown sugar, and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time and combine until creamy. Gradually mix in flour. Stir in (by hand) white chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12-13 mins.
