Preparation

Step 1

Place eggs on their side in mini-muffin cup tray, and put them in a 325-350°F oven. The oven temperature will depend on the idiosyncrasies of your oven and the size of the eggs, and how well cooked you like them to be. Try one first, as an experiment.

After 30 minutes, immediately put eggs into a bowl of ice water {which will remove any brown spots that may have appeared after baking} and let them chill 10 minutes before serving or refrigerating.
