Ingredients

  • For four servings:
  • 1/2 fresh pineapple
  • 2 bananas, green tipped
  • 1 papaya
  • 6 " wooden skewers, soaked in water to prevent burning
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Preparation

Step 1

1. Slice pineapple into 1/2" slices and cut in, wedges. Thread on skewers alternating with the bananas and papaya. bananas should be peeled and cut into 1" chunks. Papaya should be peeled, seeded and cut into 1" pieces.

2. Melt butter and mix with curry powder.

3. Preheat BURTON STOVE TOP GRILL. Cook fruits, brushing frequently with glaze until beginning to soften and brown.
