Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3 C chopped rhubarb
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- Crust:
- 1 C b. sugar
- 1 1/4 C flour
- 1 C oatmeal
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/3 C shortening

Preparation
Step 1
Mix filling ingredients in bottom of greased 8 X 8 pan.
Combine rest of ingredients and cut in 1/2 C butter and 1/3 C shortening. Sprinkle on top of rhubarb filling.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40- minutes.
Double for 9 X 13 pan.
