Ingredients

2 C butter
6 oz cream cheese (I use 8 oz)
2 C sugar
2 egg yolks
1 t. salt
5 C flour
1 t. vanilla
1 t. almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well all ingredients except flour. Add flour. Roll and cut.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min. Don't let them get brown.

Can frost with cream cheese frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
almond flavoring
1/4 C butter
3 C p. sugar
