Ingredients
- 1 14oz can pure pumpkin
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 pkg. Swiss chocolate cake mix
- icing sugar
- vegetable oil
- vanilla ice cream

Preparation
Step 1
Brush fluted pan with oil. Whisk pumpkin, molasses, eggs and spices in a bowl until smooth. Add cake mix until blended, scraping mix down sides. Pour batter into pan, spread evenly. Bake at preheated 350 degree F oven 40-50 mins. or until toothpick tests clean when inserted. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve warm with ice cream.
