Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground pork
- chopped garlic
- nutmeg
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- ground black pepper
- allspice
- chopped jalapenos
- sugar
- chopped red bell pepper
- chicken base liquid, around 1/4 cup

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Place around 4 ozs in a soaked corn husk and tie both ends. Smoke for around 3 hours at 250. Smoke extra whole jalapenos to go with them.
