Ingredients
- ¾ cup of shortening or butter
- 1 ¼ cups of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 1 ½ cups of wheat and oat flour
- ¾ teaspoon of cow brand
- ¾ teaspoon of salt
- ¾ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 cups of hazelnuts crushed

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream in a bowl the shortening and brown sugar at medium speed.
2. Add egg, milk and vanilla still beating for about 2 minutes.
3. Sift flour cinnamon and cow brand and slowly incorporate to butter mixture.
4. Add hazelnuts and drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheets.
5. Bake at 375 for 8-9 minutes.
