Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (about 5 slices)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 salmon filet (about 3 lb.) or salmon steaks

Step 1

Line 15 x 10" baking pan with foil; coat foil with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
In bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme,. rosemary, salt and pepper. Add butter and lemon juice; toss to coat evenly. Place salmon on prepared pan. Spray with cooking spray and pat with bread crumb mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 Degrees for 30 - 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
