Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 pound chopped mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 3 tbsp white wine
  • salt
  • 1 finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Butter one side of 24 slices of thin sliced bread. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

Fill shells with filling. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 till warm - 10 minutes
